The oil stock exchange of St.-Petersburg created some years ago, for the purpose of realization, including, and stated by me in 1990 of idea of export of oil for roubles, authors of the project about creation of this stock exchange, have decided to place on a place of huge ensemble of Kommertskollegii which are considered as the Program embodied in a stone of reign of emperor Alexander I, the follower in this policy of his father of the Great master Pavel I which mystical communication with Peter I is well-known («the Stock exchange has replaced the owner, but remained without the Hermitage» 5/6/2011 http:// www.fontanka.ru/2011/05/06/094/

Accordingly it "is supervised" by knights uniform «Sea Power», fans of islands and the international seaports. From here, probably, also there was a bias towards rhetoric about sea oil working out in which we generally aren't strong.   Interesting, what exactly these two buildings, i.e. were «a private residence Jaroslavovoj» on Mjasnitsky 35-37, nowadays - the reception of the Minister of Defence, and representation "Сургунефтегаза" Mjasnitsky 34 (architect S.S.Ejbushitts, the profitable house of merchants of Shershakovyh) in 2006 have been attacked by Natsbolami.

  If to look at the further dynamics in rhetoric of newsmakers of the Russian policy after these dates, since May, 2006, they become supporters of idea about reasonableness of use of rouble as reserve currency, about rouble export and sound these ideas among the arguments proving necessity of creation of the Oil Stock exchange in Petersburg, that which should take place in a building of a historical stock exchange of ensemble of Kommertskollegii Alexander I.

 Thus, I have resulted examples of how sometimes mystically, and sometimes and «the Masonic architecture» and global oil and gas strategy to that in general and the present article is devoted are purely "technically connected between itself.

In Sweden Masonic lodge headed and the king heads personally. In Russia - the branch of the Swedish system operated. And accordingly, emperor Alexander I being, de facto, the head of the Box and the continuer of business of the father of Great Master Pavel I, reflected in architectural symbolics of a city overall objectives of the government.

I Stock exchange erected by emperor Alexander was, actually, the Temple. And in it there was no secret for anybody. And the choice of the architect for creation of this Stock exchange in the XIX-th century beginning was - Masonic inquiry. 

 And here as a result of such creative union of the talented architects involved with masons, one Temple, and - two has been created at all.

One Temple - a stone building of the Stock exchange, having minor character. 

And the second Main Temple is a Hidden Temple over a smooth surface of water space of Neva, between the Peter and Paul Fortress and "cape" - the Arrow of island of Sacred Vasily (Vasileostrovsky). Under the project of architect Tomona the Arrow extremity has been extended almost on 100 meters for creation of magnificent descent to water

I call Vasileostrovsky island - Sacred Vasily's island as Peter I since on the basis of Vasily Velikogo's Charter Ordena Baziliantsev (василианцев) operated named him. And consequently, from my point of view, the name of island chosen by Peter, has a direct bearing on the present history as with the help базилианцев Russia as the metropolitan Lithuanian considered and Vilensky Joseph Semashko, can return to ancient Orthodoxy.
